About. We are focused on making Long Term Services and Support successful by enabling our clients to use data to improve health outcomes and cost efficiency of care
|
Established 2014The passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in 2010 prompted several initiatives in long term care including risk-based contracting, transition to home & community based services, person-centered planning, and comprehensive assessments.
QCSS was formed to help Managed Care Plans navigate the complexities in reimbursement and quality. Unlike other areas of healthcare, these fundamental processes became largely tied to comprehensive assessments instead of diagnosis based coding. Since then, QCSS has grown to incorporate other mission-critical processes including utilization analysis. |
Our MissionTo integrate domain expertise with technology solutions to make Managed Long Term Services and Supports successful. We seek to enable health plans and providers to improve health outcomes for their vulnerable populations and to thrive in a value-based healthcare system.
